How do I book a transfer?

You can book your transfer online on our website Choose your pick-up address and drop of address on our search form, enter the date, number of passengers, transfer type, and click Search. Follow the further steps, choose your vehicle, and enter your contact information. After you book your transfer you will receive a booking confirmation with all the transfer information as well as the name and phone number of your contact person. If you can’t find your route or the vehicle type you need please contact us at and we will make a custom transfer offer for you.

How do I pay my transfers?

You don’t need to pay any fee in advance. All payments are made on the spot with our driver. You can pay your transfer in cash or with a credit card.

Do I need to be available on my phone?

Yes, you need to be available on the phone number you provided when booking the transfer. Your phone number will be used as an emergency number in case our driver needs some more information, or we need to contact you in case we have some difficulties on the road.

We will also contact you on your phone number the day before your transfer to double-check with you all the details listed in the booking confirmation you received. Please make sure to be available on your phone, in case you can’t contact us at

Can I cancel my transfer reservation?

If you wish to cancel your reservation please contact us via email at or via phone at +385 99 415 2920, and we will cancel your reservation.

What is included in the transfer price?

Transfer price includes car fuel, tolls, and all similar extra fees needed as well as your luggage. The driver’s tip is not included. If you enjoy your journey with our driver feel free to tip him or her.

My flight is late what should I do?

We monitor incoming flights and all possible schedule changes so we can be aware of all flight delays. In case you know your flight is going to be delayed we kindly ask you to provide us with that information.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

Our driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall at the airport unless otherwise agreed. He or she will be holding a sign with your name.

I’ve booked my transfer but haven’t received my confirmation

Once you book your transfer via the booking form on our website the request is sent to our support team and the process will take up to 12h. We will check our availability and send you your booking confirmation once we confirm with our driver that he or she is available for your transfer. The booking is confirmed only when you receive your booking confirmation in the email you provided. In case we don’t have an available driver for your transfer we will send you a notice.
